How Our Words Shape Our Reality

Yehuda Berg once said, “Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity.” This statement resonates deeply when we consider how our words shape our reality. Our words hold immense power; they can either uplift or bring us down, heal or hurt, inspire or discourage.

Research has shown that our subconscious mind interprets our words literally, and our minds and bodies follow the direction our words lead us. Simply put, our words create our life.

Pause for a moment and reflect. Are your words aligning with the life you desire? Are they guiding you toward your goals and aspirations, or are they veering you off course?

It’s crucial to recognize that many of us tend to focus on and speak about the things we fear or don’t want in our lives. We often find ourselves saying:

“I’m overweight.
I can’t seem to shed the pounds.”
“I’m always exhausted.”
“I’m constantly stressed and overwhelmed.”
“I’ll never be capable of achieving that.”
“I’m prone to illness.”
“I’m not intelligent enough to…”
“I lack the strength to…”
“I don’t fit society’s standards of beauty.”
“I’m not worthy.”
“I’m unable to.”
“I’m just this way…”

Before uttering these phrases, pause and reflect. Consider the profound impact your words have on your self-perception and your reality. Remember, our words are creating our world.

Let’s commit to speaking words of empowerment, encouragement, and positivity. Let’s choose words that uplift and inspire us, guiding us toward a life filled with fulfillment and purpose.

Remember, your words have the power to shape your reality. Choose them wisely.

In my Inner Circle, we’re diving deeply into how our words shape our reality, exploring the roots of these thoughts that create our words, particularly in the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind plays a significant role, accounting for 90% of who we are and what we do. If we aspire to feel better, heal, and get a different outcome in our lives, it’s essential to focus on rewiring the subconscious and changing the beliefs that limit us.

Our words serve as a direct reflection of what’s ingrained in our subconscious mind, revealing much about our beliefs. These beliefs, quite literally, define the boundaries of what we can and cannot achieve in our lives.

  1. Thanks, Kate. Your words seem to seek me out at the right time. This morning, I was lamenting about the stressors in my life. Now, I am going to change those statements!
