Does Your Body Often Feel Broken?

Have you ever felt like all the “broken” parts of your body keep accumulating on an endless “to-fix” list?

I can completely relate, and I want you to know that you’re not alone in this experience. In fact, it’s a common sentiment shared by many.

As you enter this week, it’s crucial to remember one thing:
YOU ARE NOT BROKEN. It is absolutely possible to desire healing, weight loss, pain relief, improved health, and overall wholeness all at once.

Our body follows the signals and emotions we embody. When we feel whole, our body responds accordingly. Conversely, if we constantly feel broken and in need of fixing, our body aligns with those beliefs.

So, how do you want your body to feel?
Start practicing the art of FEELING what it’s like to be whole. Healing begins in the mind, and once your mind truly believes that you are not broken, your body can join in and start its healing process.

Imagine how it would FEEL if you were already healed. What emotions would you experience? How would you like to feel?

I know it may sound unbelievable or too good to be true, but scientific research has shown that when we can FEEL the desired outcome before it happens, we can cause this effect in our lives. By changing your mindset and learning to feel whole, you are sending powerful signals to your body to follow suit.

Countless individuals have healed from seemingly incurable conditions such as cancer, autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, heart disease, and neurodegenerative disorders by harnessing the power of feeling whole.

It takes practice because we have become experts at feeling broken, but I want to emphasize once again: YOU ARE NOT BROKEN.
