Shifting Your Perspective

NOTHING – and I mean NOTHING – holds the potential to quickly change your life than does changing your perception of it!   
  
The way we see the world creates our reality; it is 100 percent possible to change our reality by changing our perception. 
  
When things don’t go as planned, rather than focusing on all that’s “wrong” or all that didn’t go “right,” I ask myself: “What’s right about this? What can I learn from this? How can I grow from this?”  
  
My perspective immediately shifts from one of suffering and resistance (victim role) to a feeling of empowerment. This is a growth-oriented mindset. It allows me to learn and move on without creating so much pain and suffering.
